The innovation

Modulus: a modular building system made from locally recovered waste streams, designed for disassembly so every component has a second life. Future plans integrate ASH (Adaptive Smart Habitat) — a platform for thousands of buildings that prepares and protects inhabitants and keeps a digital building record.
