- What problem are you solving?
- Construction in the tropics is built from imported, high-carbon materials that fail in heat, cyclone and salt — and the waste from that failure goes to landfill.
- Who does it help?
- Regional builders, councils and community projects that need durable, low-carbon buildings they can actually afford and maintain locally.
- What is the innovation?
- My innovation is a mass-produced, bio-based and infinitely recyclable structural composite skin. It is bonded to cores made from recovered waste materials to form high-performance building panels. These panels form Modulus—a modular building system designed for disassembly. At the end of each use cycle, the panels can be separated and recycled without material degradation, allowing their components to be remade repeatedly rather than discarded. Future plans include A.S.H. (Adaptive Smart Habitat)—a building passport and platform that prepares for hazards, protects occupants and maintains a digital record for insurers.
- What are your biggest hurdles?
- Certification pathways for novel materials, and the capital gap between a working prototype and a certified production line.
- What do you need?
- Partners: manufacturing in Australia, investors, and developers ready to build with the system.

- Yes — especially with founders who make physical product. GRaB Eco Park is being built as a live showcase and I want member products in it.
