Getting Modulus wall panels through structural testing and into the first GRaB Eco Park pavilion, then integrating ASH as a digital building record.

What problem are you solving?: Construction in the tropics is built from imported, high-carbon materials that fail in heat, cyclone and salt — and the waste from that failure goes to landfill.
Who does it help?: Regional builders, councils and community projects that need durable, low-carbon buildings they can actually afford and maintain locally.
What is the innovation?: Modulus: a modular building system made from locally recovered waste streams, designed for disassembly so every component has a second life. Future plans integrate ASH (Adaptive Smart Habitat) — a platform for thousands of buildings that prepares and protects inhabitants and keeps a digital building record.
What are your barriers?: Certification pathways for novel materials, and the capital gap between a working prototype and a certified production line.
What do you need?: Partners: manufacturing in Australia, investors, and developers ready to build with the system.
